This Power Flow heated class will provide more time and instruction to explore and practice a wide array of arm balances in a way that will dissolve fear and create lightness and playfulness! The class is open to students of all levels looking to establish a foundation and grow stronger in their practice, with a focus on arm balancing poses. Bring your curiosity and we will soar together!


Power flow

(Heated, Moderate Pace)

Duration: 60-90 minutes

This all-level class emphasizes the powerful flow of breath while moving the body in a heated environment, empowering you to immerse into your physical and mental self. It is a “down-to-earth” class, welcoming to beginners, where students are encouraged to modify poses to create the experience they need for that moment.


Slow Flow

(Heated, Slow to Moderate Pace)

LEVELS: ALL

ROOM TEMPERATURE: 92-95 DEGREES

DURATION: 60 MINUTES

Like our Power Flow class, but slowed down. This all-level class following the Baptiste Vinyasa Power Yoga philosophy, gives particular emphasis to body alignment, principles of breath, and modifications for greater accessibility.


Yin Flow

(Unheated, Slow to Moderate Pace)

LEVELS: ALL

ROOM TEMPERATURE: 80-85 DEGREES

DURATION: 60 MINUTES

If Power Flow is a little too fast for you and the Slow Flow is a little too warm, then Yin Flow may be just right! It slows everything down in an unheated room. It is a balanced practice of both the Flow (action) and Yin (stillness).  Yin Flow energizes the body, mind and heart, leaving you feeling strong, stretched and relaxed by the end of the class.

Instruction is detailed and modifications are many, so it is also a great class for beginners, and those with different types of physical limitations. Yin Flow is also known as Vin Yin or Yinvasa.


Yin Yoga

(Unheated, Restful Pace)

LEVELS: ALL/beginners

ROOM TEMPERATURE: 78-82 DEGREES

DURATION: 60-75 MINUTES

Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine and is suitable to all levels of students through extended holds of postures. This is a great class for beginners or advance students looking for a restful class that focuses on restoring flexibility and/or working deeply into joints and tissues that are “locked up” from past injuries or from repetitive motion.

Meditation & Yoga Nidra

(Unheated, Relaxing Pace)

LEVELS: ALL

ROOM TEMPERATURE: 78-82 DEGREES

DURATION: 60 MINUTES

In this class, you will be lead through a relaxing MEDITATION practice followed by YOGA NIDRA. The Meditation will soothe the nervous system and still the mind, while relieving the stresses of the day, thus preparing the mind and body for Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep. Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the “going-to-sleep” stage. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed. Peggy will guide you to this level of increased awareness and peacefulness. The yogic goal of both paths, deep relaxation (yoga nidra) and meditation are the same; a state called samadhi or a state of being totally aware of the present moment. At the end of the class, you will feel “de-stressed,” rested and restored. This class is suitable for all students. Additionally, anyone who struggles with sleep disorders will benefit from this relaxing practice.
