Travis' first experiences with yoga were in high school when he and some friends practiced in a gentle yoga class at a gym, having heard it was good for breath control and flexibility, among other benefits. In his early experiences with yoga, Travis realized how inflexible he was; he could not even touch his toes. He began practicing yoga with varying levels of intensity over the years and found improvement in not only breath control and flexibility but increased concentration, endurance, confidence and mental clarity. Travis has completed a 200 hr teacher training, has been to Baptiste Level 1, and additional trainings in restorative and yin yoga.
