If Power Flow is a little too fast for you and the Slow Flow is a little too hot, than Yin Flow may be just right! It slows everything down in an unheated room. It is a balanced practice of both the Flow (action) and Yin (stillness.) Yin Flow energizes the body, mind and heart, leaving you feeling strong, stretched and relaxed by the end of the class.
Instruction is detailed and modifications are many, so it is also a great class for beginners and those with different types of physical limitations. The room is comfortably warmed up to 85 degrees. Yin flow is also known as Vin Yin, Yinvasa or Deep Stretch.
